Product Features :

  • Product Role: A stand-alone hardware aerator that functions as a backup system booster, or primary aerator without built-in intelligence. 

  • Aeration Technology: Utilizes Venturi Jet Aeration, which relies on mixed gas-water injection to produce a highly oxygenated, fine-bubble flow.

  • Motor Specifications: Equipped with an IP68 submersible motor fully enclosed in stainless steel. It features a direct-drive system containing absolutely no gears or belts, significantly reducing maintenance.

  • Weight & Design: Ultra-lightweight at 14–17 kg for easy, one-person deployment. It has a floating, flat-oval body with a black irregular pump, a transparent air intake hose, a grey water intake, and a thick black L-shaped directional outlet.

Controller AI Box - Aqua C100

  • Product Role: A smart retrofit controller designed to add programmable ON/OFF automation to traditional paddlewheel aerators without requiring hardware replacement.

  • Power Input: Universal AC 100–240V, 50/60 Hz, Single-phase, powered by an isolated industrial-grade internal power supply.

  • Control Output: Outputs a 24 VDC control voltage. Following strict safety architecture, it solely switches the control power to an external contactor coil and NEVER directly drives the high-voltage aerator motor.

  • Enclosure Rating: Minimum IP65 rating, providing dust and water ingress protection. It is also UV-resistant and heavily protected against corrosion from harsh saltwater and ammonia environments.

  • I/O & Future Expansion: Includes Digital Inputs (dry contacts for float switches or emergency stops), Analog Inputs (0–10V / 4–20mA for DO and temperature sensors), a Digital Output (Relay for contactor ON/OFF), and RS485 / Modbus communication for future IoT or cloud integration.
